CTI LABS HotBilling is one of the most powerful prepaid calling card
management system available on the market. The system generates random PIN
(Personal Identification Numbers) with accompanying serial numbers for
tracking which can be downloaded and sent to the card printer. It allows
activation at the card, batch or a fractional batch level. It tracks card
balance, usage, and transaction history, providing all necessary information
for customer care. Controlling is provided with revenue management reports,
e.g. usage, breakage reports and profit & loss report by destination.
